At Fashiondia.com, we understand that sometimes your dream item might not be as dreamy as you hoped. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 20 days from the date of package delivery, with a few exceptions.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• For swimwear or lingerie, returns are accepted only if the hygienic liner is still attached.
• Items that appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
• Custom-made dresses are not eligible for return.

Exchange Process:

If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or a completely different item:

1. Send back your original item first.
2. Once we receive your return tracking, we will issue store credit.
3. You can then place a new order for your desired item. The new order will be sent to you with free shipping.
4. If the product of the new order is sold out, a refund will be issued.

How to Return an Item:

1. Review our return policy to ensure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted, and additional postage will be required to return them to you.
2. Pack the unwanted item securely in a box or envelope with a note including your Order#.
3. Mail the parcel to our returns address. We do not cover return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a postal tracking service.

Please provide us with the return tracking information to expedite the process. Allow up to 7 business days for refund processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

Refund Details:

• Refunds will be applied only to the amount paid for the products. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Allow 7 business days for refund processing once your return is received, but it may take a few more days during busy periods. Once issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late Returns:

If the returned package is received after 20 days, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
